Filing Schedule

Notes

• Notices of Intent/10 Day Notices are sent out on Wednesdays

• Baltimore City Section 8 cases are filed on the first and last Tuesday of every month. This is due to Section 8 requiring special dockets.

• While we try to keep a consistent filing schedule, occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, our filings may be delayed by a day.

• Any filing should be submitted by 12pm the day before to assure your case gets sent in with our next set of filings.

• This schedule does not apply to our concierge service.
