ALL NOTICES OF INTENT GO OUT ON WEDNESDAY AT 12PM. ALL FILINGS MUST BE TURNED IN BY 12PM THE TUESDAY BEFORE TO MAKE THE CUT.
All warrants are  filed as they come in and are eligible to be filed with the court.

Baltimore City:
All non HCVP/Section 8 cases are filed on a rolling system. We file multiple times a week.
All HCVP/Section 8 cases are filed on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.

Baltimore County:
All rent cases are sent out on the 3rd & 4th Tuesday of the month.

All major credit/debit cards, Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tezos, USDC, Money Order, Check

Any new amounts that come due, you would need to file a SEPERATE case.
